How we work
From the warehouse in China to collection in Bishkek, your cargo goes through four stages. We message you on WhatsApp at each one.

01We receive it
Your supplier brings the cargo to our warehouse in Guangzhou, Yiwu or Urumqi. We check the number of boxes against the delivery note and find your code on them.

02We weigh and photograph it
Every box is weighed and measured. You get photos, weight and volume, and we work out the exact price from them.

03We pack and ship it
Fragile goods go into a wooden crate, weak boxes get reinforced. It leaves on the next run and we tell you the departure date.

04You collect it in Bishkek
We message you on arrival day. Collect it at the office or order delivery across the city. Five days of storage are free.
Common questions
Is there a minimum shipment?
No: we take even a single box. Small shipments are cheaper by air or in a consolidated truck.
How is the price calculated?
We look at the density. Over 167 kg per cubic metre is charged by weight, under that by volume.
What goes on the box?
Your customer code. We give it to you before the first shipment and use it to find your cargo at the warehouse.
Can I insure the cargo?
Yes. Insurance is based on the declared value and appears as a separate line on the invoice.
How do I know where my cargo is?
We message you on WhatsApp at every stage: received at the warehouse, shipped, arrived in Bishkek.
Where do I collect the cargo?
At our office in Bishkek. Five days of storage are free, then the standard rate applies.
